Each one names what got cut, and how well the claim can be evidenced. Each row sits where that kilometre's heart rate did.

    Lume

A profile and collaboration platform that turns a creator's scattered proof into one page brands can act on.

    Product design & frontend build

Didn't touch the backend, that stayed the client's. Used Claude to build the frontend myself instead of handing it to an engineer, and did the design in Figma solo.

    Careerflow

An AI-native career platform: a resume builder, job tracker, mock interviews and a salary negotiation agent, unified across four apps under one design system.

    Design consultant, ongoing

A clean-slate design system wasn't realistic across four live apps with hundreds of existing Ant Design modals between them. Consolidated component by component instead of rewriting, trading a fully bespoke system for one every app could actually adopt.

    Recovry

An AI post-op platform built to cut opioid dependency. I owned model choice, guardrails, FDA-compliant design and the clinical AI UX, end to end.

    Design lead, 8-month build

Prescription management and pain-based dosing decisions stayed out of the AI entirely, too subjective and too risky for a regulated product, so the assistant stayed advisory with a clinician always in the loop.

    StepSetGo

A homepage redesign for StepSetGo's walk-to-earn app: cutting through information overload so a busy user could see her fitness progress and reward coins at a glance, then track it without hunting.

    Contract product designer

Designed for iOS only and dropped wearable sync entirely, because the persona was an iPhone user who could not connect a wearable, and testing the new flow fast mattered more than covering every device.

    Airveda

A research-led brand language for an air-quality company: archetype, voice, type and an accessible colour system.

    Research-led brand language

Colour couldn't be chosen for brand feel alone. The same palette has to carry air-quality readings legibly, so accessibility set the constraints first and the identity worked inside them, rather than picking brand colours and checking contrast afterwards.

  7. 166 bpm/2021/measured

    tl;dv

A meeting-highlights workspace for tl;dv: turning long recordings into shareable snippets, built alongside a design language the team could scale on.

    Co-lead product designer

With only two of us, consistency could not depend on memory, so we spent time on the shared design language instead of more screens. Two of the eight screens I was given never made it into the case study.

    ABMDI

An in-house platform for the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators: one place to store, manage and share death investigation cases across the US, built from a mood board up through a full design system.

    Solo product designer

Funding for the platform dried up roughly a year after launch and it never got the reach it deserved. I do not have full visibility into what happened after that, whether it has been picked back up or shelved for good.

  9. 165 bpm/2020/measured

    Petfinder

An iOS and Android app matching people across the US with their next dog to adopt, then helping them care for it from day one.

    Product designer

The in-app store never got its own commerce-optimised treatment. Letting shopping pull the app toward standard retail patterns would have split it in two, so the store and support stayed inside the adoption-first visual language and gave up conversion conventions to stay one product.

    Domino

Domino automates DevOps for data science. I redesigned how their teams track experiments, map project investment and manage every package and file in one place.

    Contract-to-hire product designer

There was rarely a stop-the-world fix. Icon weight, contrast and the left navigation still differ screen to screen depending on when each was last touched. Those are not oversights, they are the visible cost of shipping around a live system.

  12. 168 bpm/2018/unknown

    Radar

A telecom analytics platform that turned cluttered server data into decisions people could act on.

    Lead, data and design

Under NDA for a telecom MNC. I saw the dashboard in production. You cannot.

  13. 171 bpm/2017/remembered

    Icustommadeit

On-demand custom commerce for the Indian market, designed end to end across web and mobile.

    Lead product designer

Built inside the existing store architecture instead of a custom one, trading a fully bespoke buying experience for a faster, lower-risk path to market.

    Pay10

A flat-₹10, 90-minute hyperlocal delivery network for one Delhi neighbourhood, built and run by a three-person founding team two years before Blinkit existed.

Founding team, growth marketing & business strategy

The order volume needed to make ₹10 flat delivery work never arrived on the funding and timeline we had. Grofers and Bigbasket hit the same wall around the same time and answered it by building their own warehouses, an option we didn't have. Between that and a rough patch for logistics funding in 2018-19, we cut the delivery business entirely and pivoted the team into payment solutions.
